BACKGROUND

The economical and political challenges that the global market is currently faced with, are symptomatic of universal changes that are taking place at an accelerated rate. Change is a series of power-shifts demanding we move from one level of understanding, consciousness and functioning to another. Old, outworn mindsets, tools, skills and strategies therefore cannot meet current and future demands. The challenges individuals, teams, companies, organizations and even countries are faced with are to understand and manage these processes. In essence we need to develop a whole new approach to life, to success, to money, business, leadership and human potential development. We are in the process of developing a whole “New Success DNA” - even a whole new intelligence – Power Intelligence®. This workshop focuses on change as power-shifts, current and future challenges, practical implications and the strategies that individuals, leaders teachers and HR-developers need to take into account when planning and developing new leadership and development strategies in order to secure a successful future. It focuses on how we need to change our “DNA” in order to secure progress, create new success levels, enjoy life and have fun
