They can move beyond pain and loss, forgive and turn stumbling-blocks into stepping stones. We can all be the pathfinders and mapmakers creating a better future for ourselves and our children. The time has arrived to become a soul-centred leader by taking responsibility for the development of our selves, or employees, children and grandchildren. Soul centred leaders create the way for a better future - it is a challenge all are faced.
